MISS AMERICAN NATION CONTESTANTS

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Is between 20-29 years of age
2. Is a U.S. citizen
3. Is a resident, works, or goes to school in the state they are competing.
4. May represent another state other than the state in which they reside.
5. Is a natural born female.
6. Has never posed nude in film or print media.
7. Is single, married, with or without children.

AMERICAN NATION CONTESTANTS.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Is between 30-years of age or older
2. Is a U.S. citizen
3. Is a resident, works, or goes to school in the state they are competing.
4. May represent another state other than the state in which they reside.
5. Is a natural born female.
6. Has never posed nude in film or print media.
7. Is single, married, divorced with or without children.

Fashion Wear Competition- 25%
Evening Gown Competition- 25%

MISS CULTURE GALAXY CONTESTANTS

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Is between 20-29 years of age
2. Is a resident, works, or goes to school in the state they are competing.
3. Is a resident of country/heritage they wish to represent, have
dual  citizenship or have up to third Generation in that country. Ex.
Great grandparents, grandparents or parents born in that country.
4. Is a natural born female.
5. Has never posed nude in film or print media.
6. Is single, married, with or without children.

Aerobic Wear Competition- 25%
SwimWear Competition- 25%
Evening Gown Competition- 25%
State costume or national costume runway competition


MS. CULTURE GALAXY CONTESTANTS:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Is between 30- years of age or older
2. Is a resident, works, or goes to school in the state they are competing.
3. Is a resident of country/Heritage they wish to represent,
have dual citizenship or have up to third Generation in that country.
Ex. Great grandparents, grandparents or parents  born in that country.
4. Is a natural born female.
5. Has never posed nude in film or print media.
6. Is single, married, with or without children.

Aerobic Wear Competition- 25%
Fashion Wear Competition- 25%
Evening Gown Competition- 25%
State costume or national costume runway competition

AT LARGE APPOINTMENT “Entry Acceptance”

This pageant accept contestants on the basis of  At Large Appointment ONLY

“At-large” refers to the status of any representative who enters the Miss American Nation, Ms. American Nation, Miss Culture Galaxy or Ms. Culture Galaxy National and International Finals.

Upon receipt of the required deposit, at-large applicant will be placed into “pending” status regarding title assignment. At large Applicant may make payments or pay in full at the time of application.

At-large titles are assigned upon receipt of required photo, application and payment in full of required Sponsor fee.

USA contestant only State crown and Sash will be awarded with full payment.

Eligibility, Acceptance Agreement:
All issues as to At Large eligibility shall be determined solely by Miss/Ms American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy. Contestant agrees to abide by eligibility determination. Miss/Ms. ANP & Miss/Ms.CG reserves the right to refuse entry into the pageant to anyone and for any reason at anytime.

Statement Of Understanding, Agreement:

Sponsorship Fee / Payments
An entry fee is required to enter the Miss/Ms. American Nation or Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy pageants as a contestant. Please note these are 4 individual pageants. You may apply for (1) or both Miss/Ms. Pageants for an additional fee.
Contestant may seek sponsors or pay the full entry fee herself. Payment may be made by  credit card via PayPal. Payments of any amount must be made on the 15th of each month until the total fee is paid. Failure to remit payment every month may result in loss of title and fees paid.

The Miss/Ms. ANP & Miss/Ms. MCG are self-supporting and relies solely upon entry fees to cover production expenses. Production expenses include: theater rentals, judges’ expense, advertising, hotel rentals, staging, supplies, prizes, awards and more. The majority of the entry fee is directed back to each contestant in the form of crown, sash, entertainment, contestant meet and greet, gifts, prizes and more!.

Due to hotel high deposit schedules and early hotel demands: Any late payments (if contestant is not paid in full, or has a sash and crown and has not cleared her initial deposit, or is on a monthly payment plan and is late) will incur a 10% charge on total amount owed at pageant check in. All fees must be paid in full before competition in order to compete.

Deadlines:

The entry deadlines are posted in information package. Entry fees must be paid in full by the final entry deadline. There will be no exceptions under any circumstances. Required contestant paperwork (e.g., Interview Questionnaire, emcee form.) must be complete and received by the paperwork deadline which is posted in the paperwork. Required headshot photo for the Official Program magazine must be received by the deadline.
All deadlines are strictly enforced and must be adhered to by contestant.
Contestant understand and agrees to the following penalty for late submission of required forms and full payment,, photography by posted deadlines: A total of 1 point per day per late item is deducted from contestant’s total score.

Refund Policy
Fees paid to Miss/ American Nation, Miss/ Culture Galaxy are NOT Refundable and NOT Transferable in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, admission ticket,  ad sales, guest meal fees and any other fees paid to Miss American Nation, Ms. American Nation, Miss Culture Galaxy or Ms. Culture Galaxy or by anyone including, but not limited to, contestants and sponsors.

Attire.
Contestant provide their own competition attire. Other wardrobe requirements will be included in the information package.

Travel.
Contestant make their own travel arrangements. Miss American Nation/Miss Culture Galaxy/Director are not responsible for arranging travel, Visa or Passport or intervening / resolving disputes involving travel to the host city for the pageant competition..

Hotel.
Contestants are not required to stay at the host hotel. Contestants and their families can make their own hotel reservation.

Photography.
Contestant must submit a headshot photo for the Miss American Nation Pageants website and Program Book.

Official Code Of Conduct:
Contestant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character; that she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the pageant, its directors, sponsors; that she has not appeared in nude or provocative photographs for any film or publication prior to, during the pageant finals, or as an at-large contestant. Contestant will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the Miss National/International finals and while representing a Miss/Ms. ANP or Miss/Ms. MCG  title. Contestant will not slander other contestants, judges, staff or anyone else involved with or connected to the Miss American Nation, Miss Culture Galaxy Pageants defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against the Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges. Any contestant found publicly posting slanderous remarks on social media will be immediately disqualified. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges. Contestant agrees to sign a Code of Conduct statement indicating agreement to abide by the terms specified here. Failure to sign the Code of Conduct statement does not in any way release contestant from responsibility to abide by the Code of Conduct stated here. All issues related to the Code of Conduct and consequences for violation thereof shall be determined solely and exclusively by the Miss American Nation, Miss Culture Galaxy  Directors/staff. Contestant understand and agrees to accept such determinations.

Participating In the National/International Finals:

Contestant is expected to be on time and present for all scheduled events, rehearsals and any other event leading up to the finals. As a reminder One point deduction will be given for  failure to follow guidelines. International contestant understand a chaperon will be assigned to them throughout the time in the host country.  International contestant they must arrive as per the pageant dates and depart when requested.

New winner Contract:

If selected as new titleholders, winner agree to sign a contract stating agreement to arrange and make a minimum of 12 appearances throughout her year of service. Appearances may include but are not limited to parades; volunteering, television  and newspaper interviews; and other public appearances. Winners are expected to provide the pageant with photos of appearances to be shared on the Miss American Nation Pageants website and other social media platform. Titleholder agree to a conference call on the 15th of each month. New titleholder must recruit 2 new contestants to the pageant as part of their contract. If contestant is unwilling to sign the contract and/or unable or unwilling to fulfill the obligations, the title won and all prizes will be awarded to next person in line.

The reign of Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy will commence immediately after crowning and will end immediately following the crowning her successor. The Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy title is the overall winner’s main pageant priority. Winner is expected to give her time and energy to this title and this title only during her year of service. Miss/Ms.  American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy  agrees to attend the next year’s pageant to crown the new titleholder.

Understanding And Agreement:

Publicity and Promotion:

By participation in the Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy  contestant agrees to allow ANP, MCG the right to use her name, likeness, voice and information for purposes of publicity and promotion. Contestant understand that her name, likeness, voice, and/or information may be used on the internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the national/international pageant. Contestant agree to release Hills productions from liability for any injury resulting from participating in the pageant, host hotel, venue, sightseeing events or any other event associated with the pageant.

Disqualification / Title Relinquishment:
If contestant is disqualified or relinquishes her title for any reason, title awarded to her and prizes must be returned in full, and in condition received. If, for any reason, the winner resigns or is disqualified, the 1st runner-up will assume the title and all prizes.

Photography & Videography:
Contestant and their families are permitted to take photos and video during events leading up to the on-stage pageant competition event. Cameras or videography will not be allowed during any on-stage competition events. Individuals who fail to comply with this rule will be asked to leave the venue without benefit of refund for admission ticket.
Professional photography and videography will be made available by the Official Pageant Photographer and Videographer.

 Limitation of Liability / Responsibility
I.) Hills Production, its officers, directors, and employees are not liable to contestant for anything whatsoever, in connection with any at large appointment leading up to the Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy with respect to all matters relating to her performance and selection process, application, preparation, rehearsal, rules, regulations, policies, and all other matters relating to the grand finals.
II.) Hills Production,  its officers, employees, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury or theft incurred at any time at the Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy travel to and from national/international finals.

III.) Hills Production is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to contestants.

IV.) Hills Production is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel/ venue.

V.) Hills Production is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes surrounding travel to the host city/location for the National/International finals.

VI.) Hills Production  is not responsible for theft, loss or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards given to winner after these items become the property of contestant.

VII.)National/International titleholder agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged crown and sash.

 Agreement.
By submitting the entry form and required sponsorship fee to Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy contestants  agrees to abide by all, rules, regulations and policy set forth by Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy  also indicates acceptance and agreement to abide by all rules, regulations and policy  set forth by the pageant and directors. Contestant  agree that all information submitted to Miss/Ms. American Nation, Miss/Ms. Culture Galaxy are true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of the pageant may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the sole discretion of  the pageant directors.
